ISCL – Terms and Conditions

(Indian Stars Cricket League, organized by SAP Sports India Pvt. Ltd.)

By registering for ISCL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Who Can Participate:

ISCL is open to all talented and passionate cricketers. There are no age restrictions; players are divided into:

  • Under 14
  • Under 16
  • Under 19
  • Under 23
  • Above 23

Registration Requirements:

  1. Complete your registration at iscleague.com/registration with accurate and up‑to‑date personal and cricketing details.
  2. Submit required documents (e.g., identity proof, medical certificate).
  3. Attend trials wearing a white cricket uniform and, if specified, bring your Aadhaar card and two passport‑size photographs.

Payments:

  • Trial Fees: ₹1,199 or ₹1,399 (depending on category), plus any additional jersey charges.
  • Zonal Fees: ₹5,999 plus additional dress charges.
  • All payments must be made exclusively through our official website.

2. Competition Structure & Player Responsibilities

Competition Structure

Trials:

  • All registered players must attend trials, where refreshments and a playing kit (trial use only) will be provided.
  • Selection to the next stage is based solely on performance.

Zonal Matches:

  • Selected players advance to the zonal rounds.
  • India is divided into five zones (South, North, East, West, Central), each hosting three matches.
  • Each zone will nominate one state to host its zonal matches.
  • Zonal matches in a zone commence only after all trials in that zone are complete.
  • If a zone cannot host its matches, players from that zone must travel to an alternate zonal venue.

National Matches:

  • Top performers from each zone advance to the national stage, with teams finalized via a bidding process by franchise owners.
  • National matches begin once all zonal rounds are complete; selected players must wait until then.
  • Players not selected for Nationals conclude their participation after zonals.

Player Responsibilities

  • Be available for all stages: Trials, Zonals, and Nationals (if selected).
  • Maintain physical fitness; provide a medical certificate if requested.
  • Bring any personal cricket gear not supplied by the Organizer.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

3. Code of Conduct & Tournament Rules

Code of Conduct

  • All participants must exhibit respect, professionalism, and sportsmanship.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification and permanent exclusion from ISCL.

Tournament Rules

  • Adhere to all rules and guidelines provided before and during the event.
  • The decisions of selectors and organizers are final; no disputes will be entertained.

4. Medical, Safety & Equipment

Medical & Safety

  • Provide a fitness certificate from a registered doctor.
  • You are responsible for all medical care, injury treatment, and related expenses.
  • Basic first aid services will be available on-site only.

Equipment

  • A playing kit will be provided during Trials and Zonals (trial use only).
  • All other cricket gear must be supplied by the player unless otherwise specified.

5. Media, Image & Intellectual Property

Media & Image Rights

  • By participating, you grant the Organizer permission to use your image, name, and performance data for promotional purposes.
  • You may be required to attend media events, photo shoots, and press conferences.

Intellectual Property

  • All ISCL logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Organizer.
  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Withdrawals, Refunds & Schedule Changes

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

  • Registration cancellations are not permitted; all fees are non‑refundable unless the Organizer cancels a scheduled event.

Schedule Changes & Rescheduling

  • Venues and dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Updates will be communicated via SMS, email, and the official website.
  • If you cannot attend a rescheduled event, provide valid proof; one alternate opportunity may be offered.

Zonal Match Attendance

  • Once registered for Zonals, attendance is mandatory; no refunds will be issued.
  • In case of genuine absence, submit valid proof. You may be allowed to play in another zone once, at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Organizer implements appropriate measures to safeguard your information.
